1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and manilawin ("manilawin," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the manilawin website located at https://manilawin.asia and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any manilawin service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the manilawin Platform and close your account if one has been created.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

To register and use the manilawin Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling;
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity);
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence;
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of manilawin, or an immediate family member of such a person;
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or cooling-off period imposed by manilawin or any PAGCOR-regulated entity.

manilawin reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or PRC ID). Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by manilawin may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Any person who provides false information regarding their age or identity in order to access the manilawin Platform commits a violation of these Terms and may be subject to account termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the manilawin Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. manilawin is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your manilawin login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password for your manilawin account;
• Enable two-factor authentication where available;
• Not share your login credentials with any third party;
• Notify manilawin immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

manilawin will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

manilawin is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You consent to manilawin collecting, processing, and verifying your personal information for this purpose. Withdrawals may be withheld until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

manilawin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). manilawin does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

4.2 Minimum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts are subject to the limits specified on the manilawin payments page, which may be updated from time to time. manilawin reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum transaction limits with reasonable notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. manilawin aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform, but processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification status of the account.

4.4 Player Funds

Player funds deposited into manilawin accounts are held separately from manilawin's operational funds in accordance with PAGCOR requirements. manilawin does not use player funds for operational expenses.

4.5 Prohibited Transactions

You must not use the manilawin Platform to process transactions on behalf of third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. manilawin reserves the right to reverse any transaction suspected of being made by or on behalf of a third party.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

manilawin may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, and expiry periods.

General bonus conditions applicable to all manilawin promotions include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated;
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn;
• manilawin reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to void bonus winnings where abuse or exploitation of a promotion is suspected;
• Players who request a withdrawal before meeting wagering requirements will forfeit any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings;
• Bonuses are not transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the manilawin Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are published within the game information panels.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on manilawin's servers, the server-side result shall be the definitive record. manilawin's decision on all gameplay disputes is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in Section 12.

manilawin reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction, software error, or human error has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, the affected stake will be returned to the player's account.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the manilawin Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud or identity fraud;
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any manilawin software;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing manilawin staff or other players;
• Creating accounts on behalf of third parties or allowing third parties to use your account.

manilawin cooperates fully with PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and law enforcement authorities in the Philippines. Suspicious activity will be reported as required by applicable law.

8. Responsible Gaming Obligations

manilawin is committed to promoting responsible gaming. As a condition of using the Platform, you acknowledge that:

• Gambling is a form of entertainment and should not be treated as a source of income;
• You are solely responsible for the amounts you choose to wager;
• You will make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion, if you feel your gambling is becoming problematic;
• You will not gamble while under the influence of alcohol or substances that impair judgment.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the manilawin Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface designs, is the exclusive property of manilawin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any manilawin content without prior written consent from manilawin.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, manilawin's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your manilawin account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

manilawin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if manilawin has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

manilawin does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access the Platform at your own risk.

11. Suspension and Termination

manilawin reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any competent authority;
• Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination for cause, manilawin may withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where termination is not for cause, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with manilawin through our internal complaints process by contacting [email protected]. manilawin will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 14 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with applicable regulations.

13. Amendments to These Terms

manilawin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.
